What are the delivery times?
For Print on Demand products, the production time is 3-7 business days, followed by delivery. For dropshipped products, the delivery time varies between 10-30 business days depending on the supplier and the destination country. The exact details are indicated when you place your order.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order directly online using this number, or go to the "Order Tracking" section on our website.
What is your return and refund policy?
If you wish to return a product, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. For more details, please see our returns and refunds policy . Items must be returned in their original condition. Please note that personalized products (Print on Demand) can only be returned if they have a defect or preparation error.
